  Unfortunately, and to my astonishment, PMMail does not store the
message ID in the message
index (FOLDER.BAG), other than PMInews which does keep it in the
NEWSGRP.BAG. 

  Otherwise it would be quite easy. 

  Since the MessageID is missing, the threading can't be shown.
