[pmmail-list] closing sub-windows

I have always been annoyed that closing message windows from OS/2's window 
list causes PMMail to close also.  Thanks to Ulrich Moeller, I now have an idea of 
why, as shown below.  Can this be changed for PMMail, please?

PMMail is nicely threaded, but apparently there is a possible threading/message 
queue issue with it's message windows.
