since I really need an archiver but cannot find one that really works,
I need input to write one by my own. So please don't let me die without
that info and tell me the format and meaning of the internal files like
PMMAIL.INI, ACCT.INI, ACCT.SNP, ACCTNET.LOG, FILTERS.LST, FOLDER.EXP,
FOLDER.UCT, FOLDER.BAG, FOLDER.INI and what else may be useful for
that. Or, alternatively please tell me where to find that information
if it is pubished somewhere already.

It's really important to me.
