Gee, Ralph, how could you forget about IBM, Lotus, WordPerfect, Corel, .....
Perhaps, BSW learned their lessons from these stalwarts of the software
industry.

I have also expressed my willingness to pay in the past as I know
others have, but BSW just doesn't seem to give a damn.  I have never
seen a company as passive-aggressive towards their customers as BSW.
