[pmmail-list] Removing attachments before forwarding

It's not really 'automatic' and it's for OS/2, but you can look at:

	Available from: http://hobbes.nmsu.edu
                 in pub/os2/apps/internet/www/util
                 or pub/incoming
for PMMail Stripper.  It does a fine job of eliminating the file while
leaving the reference to the file.
