Can you see why this is so very frustrating for the people who have
voiced their concerns in this thread?

No software, no explanations about why the promises of an 
"upcoming version" by "Q4 this year"  made in August and October 
of 2000 have missed by a year (and still counting), and the only 
BSW personnel that writes in this BSW-hosted list can't/won't 
say anything, and the other BSW people won't say anything .. ??????
