With all due respect, I can easily sympathize with their situation...

As a small business person myself I know what it means to have limited
resources. As one of my partners once said, "When things are going
wrong and I feel the need to yell at someone, I go find a mirror!"

In this case, I cannot believe that it would take more than a half hour
[at the outside] for someone to write a short message that provides a
very *high-level* statement about the status of the Warp product. I'm
sure most of us would be quite happy with that, even if the statement
were mostly caveats about how none of what is written might happen
and/or schedules might be missed by a substantial amount.

While I would not be happy about it, it would even be acceptable to be
told that, "...NOTHING is being done, of FORGET IT..." At least we
would then know where we stand. For those who might not be able to
live with knowing WYSIAYWEG [WYSI...All You Will Ever Get], then at
least they could:
 1) Decide to live with it.
or...
 2) Begin to make other plans or evaluate alternatives.

The real problem with the current situation is the total LACK of ANY
information. I can live with the truth! I can live with a best guess.
But, the total silence is just UNACCEPTABLE.

A long time ago, I used a tag line on all my E-Mail messages that said:
	"Don't just do things right...
	Do the right things!"
I still try to live by that. And, I believe that is why I have been
successful. It's time for BSW to decide what is the right thing to do.
We're not asking for a major commitment.

I once had a manager when I was with IBM who said to a group of us who
had been putting in 80++ hours a week over a six month period:
"If 24 hours a day is not enough time to
get your work done, you guys will just have
	to start getting up earlier."
Well, BSW, just one day, please get up 30 minutes early. Do what's
right by a lot of your dedicated customers who really do want to
continue to be your customers. If we did not want this, there would
not be so many who would spend the time [which we don't have in our
schedule either] to beg for an update.

Carl

PS Please note the time stamp on this message. I've chosen to just go
to be a little later instead of getting up earlier. I don't 'do
mornings.'
