There are a bunch of POP monitors available at www.zdnet.com/downloads.
Just do a search for POP MONITOR and you will receive a listing of
both freeware and shareware offerings. One freeware offering called
JustPOP3 looks pretty interesting and includes other utilities for
monitoring for changes in webpages, etc.
