[pmmail-list] No PMMail choice in IE 6 with XP

How do you make PMMail work from websites with the mail to herf in IE6 that
comes with XP?

There is no PMMail option like in earlier Win98 versions.  And there is no
"Use External Client" option, just lists Outlook, Agent  and the other
E-mail clients I don't use but no way to have it use PMMail... cry....
