[pmmail-list] No PMMail choice in IE 6 with XP

The PMMail install does do that.  Check my note again.  That's why I said, 
there are two methods:

1) install PMMail again
2) tweak the registry

I had the problem after I reinstalled Windows 2000.  When I went to IE's
options for email PMMail was not a choice.  I reinstalled PMMail and then 
IE listed PMMail as a choice.
