[pmmail-list] Timeout

I have one account that is so slow that PMMAIL/2000 times out with a "ERROR  Server connection timed out.."    I can 
access the account using Netscape Mailer so I know it is working.   I has been taking about 30 seconds to get a response 
from the server.  Yes, I am on their case also but I sure think we need the ability to set a longer timeout in PMMAIL.
