[pmmail-list] Attachments

We don't know anything about this in the present releases of the
Windows version and are unable to reproduce it here.

Version 2.10.2010 had errors than when this screen was brought up you
were unable to move around the screen by the keyboard (one of our blind
users reported this), but this was corrected in the 2.20.2030 beta.
