This version was posted a few hours ago (for both Windows and OS/2). 
Download links are available further down in the message.

This version is still another bug fix.  Peter said he should have some
items fixed for a feature upgrade at the beginning of next week.

This release features the following....

Both OS's 
- Timeout errors corrected
- HTML links in the 'Help' section
- Password protecting an account without a password permanently locks
it.
- Delete Message.  If a filter deletes an incoming message, you no
longer get the new message notification after the message has been
deleted.


OS/2
- Creating acct.ini files in the root has been corrected
- Forwarded messages showing icon for an attachment, but not the
attachment.
- 12pm is now read properly in the fetch time
- Inform User crash corrected (?)

Windows
- Expiration problems corrected
- 'Server requires authentication' put into proper position oftabbing
order.


For next week, I am told the following should be ready.  Other will be
as well, but I don't have a list.
- Update of Migration utilities
- A splitting up of the editor text wrap and sending text wrap (they
were combined in PMMail 98 and currently still are).

As for the current discussion forums outage, we are looking to replace
