[pmmail-list] MIME changes between 2.20.2100 and 2.20.2030

Sorry for the lack of explanation.  Take a look at the file with
an editor and you'll be able to figure out that it _is_ your MIME
associations database.  If you rename it then PMMail won't find
it; you can then name it back to ASSOC.DB when or if you want
to put them back.   This way there is really no risk (which is why
I described it as I did).
