The way I read what he said, was that he was looking for a feature that
would allow him to say something like: "I want to really send this
message at x o'clock on April yth, 2001..." or something like that.
Basically schedule a message to be sent in the future automatically.

Can't think of a reason why that'd be useful though (that some other
piece of software doesn't already duplicate the features of).
