[pmmail-list] Bug, and request

 I'm using Warp 4, FP15, and PmMail v.2.20.2030. When I try to use Tools->Migrate to import 
messages from MR/2 ICE, PmMail instantly vanishes from my screen. Any fixes planned for this?

 Also, it would be extremely useful in sorting by subject to have PmMail ignore "Re:" in a subject 
header. I can't seem to emulate having mail threaded otherwise.
