[pmmail-list] Bug? Download rate OS/2 2.20.2100

I have an interesting phenomenon.  Originally when I downloaded this
beta, OS/2  2.20.2100, I noticed a very fast download/sort procedure. 
Then it slowed down.  Later, even slower.

Generally, I leave the machine on, and keep some programs up.  I also
have the monitor on the WarpCenter.  In the 'snappy' PMMail/2 download,
the usage hits the top, drops, then back again.  Previously this hitting
the top was for a much longer time than this beta, so I was very happy. 


A couple of days pass.

I note now that the download is taking much longer, even longer than
previously.  The usage monitor gets to about a third, and the peaks are
very well spaced in time.  

OK, I decide to close out PMMail/2.  It quits nicely.  I open it again,
and viola, back to the fast download.
