I have never had any problems with multiple forwarded messages. How
much memory do you have?

As far as the other problem goes, run "CHKDSK" on the drive PMMail/2 is
installed on. I have found that since I have applied FP15 and move
everything to a 20gb HD, that I get corrupt ".MSG" files.
