I have something that does a slightly different job that could be 
adapted reasonably quickly. I'll have a look when I get a minute.

Depends what you want to apply it to really. If you only want to apply 
this to certain outgoing messages, then use a filter. If you really 
really want to apply it to everything, use the send exit.
