[pmmail-list] PMMail not launching browser

Windows 2000 SP1, IE 5, PMMail 2

When I click on a URL PMMail goes off into never-never land instead
of launching IE5. It used to work, what have I accidentally changed?
The only thing that's changed is that I tried to install the SETI
3.03 client, which failed.
