[pmmail-list] Lost password for protected account -> now what?

I suppose all the messages are visible within the file system and only 
protected in the PMMail fronent. So if you finally have to create a n ew 
account it should suffice to copy all the message files to the 
appropriate new directories and re-index the folders.
