[pmmail-list] PGP support

For PGP 7.0 we are looking into it now, we thought it may have been
related to the older version we were using, but apparently not.  We
have a copy of PGP 7.0 on the way now.

  
As for the PGP still saying it is 'version 1.7.1' in PMMail, Peter
informs me that that is a bug where NAI did not update that within the
PGPsdk.
