Hi there !

After my first announcement that the new beta doesn't work on my system didn't 
lead to any response I just reinstalled the distribution which I freshly 
downloaded before. Same result: no icon and the binary doesn't start up.

 5-01-01   9:00       1.051.255           0  pmmail.exe

What's wrong here?
