[pmmail-list] Timing 2.20.2030 vs. 2.10.2010

As promised yesterday I took the time for connecting to SMTP server (NO
authentication), then re-installed PMMail/2 2.10.2010 again and tried
this one (still the same connection). Results:

2.20.2030 GMX: 63 sec, University account: 63 sec. (the same! meanwhile
PMMail says 'Connecting to SMTP Server' without net traffic)
2.10.2010 GMX: instantly, University instantly.

Both accounts do NOT require authentication (Although I want to set GMX
up this way, as soon as it works reliably)

(no problems with fetching here)
