That was also the point I was trying to make when I asked for a feature allowing PMMAIL to be 
invoked from another application and appear with a new message window with the recipient 
address entered. Such a feature would allow PMMAIL to be integrated with a customer database 
for instance. Very useful for large businesses (and smaller ones like mine).
