This is a known problem with FP13+ and GRADD based video drivers
(ScitechDisplayDoctor/2?). Have a look at news.scitechsoft.com it has
been discussed there at length (but since I'm still running FP 8 w/o
problems I can't remember where to get the fixes or if FP 14 fixed it
100%)
