[pmmail-list] Clean Install Issues with Win version of Blueprint PMMail

Sine Blueprint took over PMMail, their builds have had one common install bug,
and I see the latest beta has one I never saw before as well.

1) Installing PMMail to E:\EMail\PMMail, also E:\EMail\Tools gets created. Also
created but not needed is E:\EMail PMMail\..\Tools which gets four files
already installed in E:\EMail\Tools. These four files are also found in the
registry as being shared libraries. Please clean this up so I don't have to by
hand.

2) Installing the latest beta, Pro version, I did so on a cleanly formatted box
to see what the code ran like before putting on my real work PC. I did not
transfer over my INI file, so I had to register PMMail. I have my old e-mail
still for my PMMail 98 Pro license, and clicking on the link to register PMMail
brought up an empty registration dialog. So I had to copy/paste the key into
that window.
