The problem for me (and I think for a lot of other PMMail-users) is,
that only a small part of the people, I send emails to have a pgp-key.
Some of the use SMime, most of them have nothing - and they really don't 
know the word "PGP" or something similar.
Because they are "small" employees, it's mostly not possible for them
to generate a private key - and the really don't want to do something
like that.

I agree with you, that it's a shame and all people should have a pgp-key
and then the default-click on the "DAMN pgp-button" is ok, but this
would lead to hundreds of warning-messages in a week in my situation -
not as smart, as I prefer.

AND: I really can't believe, that the check is so difficult. After
editing the TO/CC/BCC-area, check all the recipients, if there is a
pgp-key available and then click the button - that's all. The same
is finally done, when you activate encryption and then click on send -
if you don't have a key for everybody, you got a warning, so the
check is allready there - only to late for my opinion!
