[pmmail-list] Wanted: Better folder sorting options

Thank for the suggestions.  The Message Read window had two icons,
"Delete and Up" and "Delete and Down" which make the threading work if
you have things sorted in reverse order.  This was very helpful, and
gets me almost all the way there.

Is there any way to manually add these two icons to the buttons in the
main PMMail window?  I like to use the preview pane when I can, it
saves mouse clicks (and hence carpal tunnel syndrome), rather than
bringing up the Message Read window for each folder, and then having to
close it.
