[pmmail-list] subfolders unsorted in move dialog

When using a yellow button to move a message to another folder, the
top-level folders appear sorted, but the subfolders appear in random
order. As I have a lot of subfolders under my top-level folders, this
makes it hard to find the subfolder I want to move to. (My biggest
offender is all the mailing list folders under my top-level Linux
folder.) I'm currently using Pro 2.20.2360 on NT4.
