[pmmail-list] Sig Spacing

Try as I will, I cannot discover the way to get a consistent spacing
between the end of a message and my signature. If I put a blank line in
the signature specs, I often get two blank lines. If I don't put any, I
often get none. And I end each message without pressing Enter at the
end of the last line.
