I would like to put "Virus warning" or something similar as a
subject, or "Virus warning (was: "+original_subject+")"
MY idea was, that the Sircamm worm/virus uses the name of the file
it sends out as the subject to the message, but this is not saying
very much to the owner of the machine where the virus came from,
since she or he didnt know about this message being sent out.

There are REXX implementations on Windows. But there are also PERL
implementations on windows, which can even do more in the area of
string handling.
