[pmmail-list] ascii armor input incomplete - using PMMAIL2000 beta7 and german "Umlaute"

No - I can reprocude this with PMMail 2.20.2360
on Windows 2000 SP2. Seemingly this is a problem
with the somehow outdated version of PGP that's
used in PMMail?
