[pmmail-list] PMMail file association in OS/2

Hello!

I'd be happy to see PMMail/2 act like its counterpart on windows when double clicking a *.MSG file. On windows PMMail gets loaded and shows the email. On OS/2 I didn't get that feature to run. I 
think because it is not present.
