[pmmail-list] Quote symbol in HTML

That is annoying for me too.

I would like to answer HTML mails in plain text only and quote the way it does
when answering to plain text mails.

The outlook style of answering HTML mails is awful.

Please add this feature to a coming version of PMMail for windooze.
