[pmmail-list] 2 problems

1. I want to copy a message body that is HTML and it changes to plain text.
Older versions used to be able to copy HTML.

2. I use outlook also and almost everytime I launch PMMail it says it is not my default...
There is a button so it won't ask again.
My question is will it reclaim the association everytime?
I'm hesitant to make it not ask for fear that it'll just give up.
Outlook seems to steal the association without asking. :-)
