[pmmail-list] Ignore "mailto:" in address

Often times I copy an Email address link from a webpage that has
"mailto:" imbedded in it.
I'd like to be able to send that person mail by just pasting the
shortcut into PMMail, mailto: and all. Now, it seems to accept the
message, but the mail gets returned "User unknown".
Is it possible to change PMMail to strip off the mailto: before dumping
the address to the SMTP server?
I note that Eudora already does this.
Thanks - Jim
