Do your .htm and .html file associations point to IE or Netscape? Under
Win2K, you can see and set these under folder options (in the Tools
menu in any folder). I'm guessing Win98 is the same, but if not, you
can do it directly in the registry (probably
HKCR\htmlfile\shell\open\command).
