I did not know about the alt+v key. The attachment issue is not the
fault of PMMail/2. Applications like Netscape, IE, the mailer used by
AOL are at fault.  In the settings of those applications is a switch
that gives the choice of having forwarded messages as attachments or in
the body of the message, the default is attachment.
