[pmmail-list] nomail or unsubscribe

Does anyone know how to either set one's account to nomail or
unsubscribe from the list?  I tried to do the opposite of "subscribe"
but it doesn't seem to have worked and I didn't see anyhting about it
at the web site.  Thanks.
