Hello All,

The user interface text is heavily integrated into the program text. 
That is the reason for the translation for German will wait until Peter
has made the changes he is doing for now.  As for other languages I
have saved all the contacts for users that have offered to assist
(Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, etc.)

When the code is updated after this release peter has said he will put
the user interface text into a table to allow new languages to be
easily incorporated.
