[pmmail-list] Forcing PMMail/2 to fetch mail

Agreed. I use cron (CRONrgf.cmd) for such things and have been asking for this a while. Mainly because I 
have a bunch of accounts and they get out of synch in their poll pretty quickly. I also find no reason to poll all 
night when I it isn't necessary.
