[pmmail-list] Latest Beta: Filter processing definitely has a hiccup!!!!

I just went back and backleveled through builds 2.10.2010,
2.20.2030, and 2.20.2200 on Win2K, (yes, I found out I had
to manually delete the pmmailw.exe file to get it to backlevel)
and my filter processing works correctly with multi-lined TO:s in
2.10.2010, but it is broken in 2.20.2030, and 2.20.2200. So,
it definitely appears that the Betas broke some filter processing logic.
