[pmmail-list] Multi selection for printing causes ABEND

Given your comment then there is a problem in the latest PMMAIL/2000 2.20.2200.  It fails every time I try 
this and for whatever reason, the failure announce box stays up about 2 seconds and then it is gone also.  No 
regs, no error code, only the message that PMMAIL has caused an error.
