It's real simple. Happens in Windows all the time. Just set some
processor-intensive program running in the background, and you'll get
the necessary load. Or several less-intensive programs. For instance,
I get it when Getright starts a new download process. If I happen to
be writing a message, I'll get the problem Bruce described.
