[pmmail-list] Auto remove from trash

No pattern other than right now I don't see any that have not been read.   Not sure that means much as I have 
my read time set to two seconds so very few make it to the trash bin without the "not read" flag being turned off.   
Other than that there are every combination that you could have still there but should be gone.
