[pmmail-list] Forwarded messages

That's what I end up doing. But it means I have to dig under a new
message composition window to the main PMMail window to get to the
message list, then drag the message into the attachment pane. I'd
rather do something like select "Message | Forward as attachment" from
the Reader menu. (I don't use the preview pane because I want an
extra-long message list for busy mailing list folders.)
