[pmmail-list] IE and PMMAIL

Is there some setting or change I have to make inorder to make PMMAIL work properly with IE for sending 
messages, mailto stuff, etc?   I can click on the mail icon in IE and then select read mail but I can not select 
send mail or send page, etc.  Sure would be nice if PMMAIL could be made to fully work with IE.
