[pmmail-list] remailers?

I have seen it done. Set up an anonymous account, make sure PGP is
installed, just send to the remailer with the message signed and
encrypted and it should work. However, I think most remailers require
pgp 2.6.x keys so you'll have to create a PGP key outside of PMMail
(if you're using windows).
