[pmmail-list] Why new version, if there are no new features?

Southsoft doesn't exist anymore, and people have tried to contact
BoB and Ike but no one has been able to find them.  If you are able
to do so it would be most welcome.

Lacking your being able to get in touch with them I just don't see
how this can happen.  Southsoft (Bob/Ike) are the *only* ones with
the source code to PMInews, and without that I doubt that BSW 
can do much other than just implement the feature without help from
PMInews.  Stardock was just a distributor for PMInews and as such
had nothing to do with the source code, and thus nothing to do with
anything in the future vis-a-vis PMInews.
